WHAT DOES A SCHOOL RECEIVE
eN-READ Digital Reading School Kit
Access to 1000+ digital storybooks in any android or mobile device at School or home that teachers or parents may have. For Teachers: Digital Set of 320 Lesson Plans mapped to NEP’s Foundational Phase, 4 C’s of 21st Century Skills and the UN’s SDGs. For Students: Digital set of 320 Story Worksheets for Students from Grade Nursery to Grade 5. Soft copy of additional tools for teacher use in PTMs and SMCs.
eN-READ Reading Champion Training and Ongoing Remote Support
One face-to-face Basic Training for “One Teacher per School” trained as Reading Champion. Training contains mainstreaming digital reading into pre-primary grades, story-based teaching practices, designing and conducting parent reading orientations, and reading events alongside PTMs and SMCs, training other teachers back in the school. Ongoing remote training and support via Whatsapp Channel for Reading Champions. providing regular training bites, tips, best practices and other information that help run a successful eN-READ Program in schools.
School Leader as Community Reading Leader ongoing support
School Leaders will be provided access to a ‘Whatsapp Channel for Reading Advocates. Will receive Advocacy bites, suggestions, ideas, and other information that will (a) raise the profile of your school as Reading Rich Environment and (b) empower School Leaders to become a Reading Advocate in the school and wider community. eN-READ Awards. Participate and win various eN-READ Awards.
How to Enroll In eN-READ Program
Digital Only Version of the program has a fixed Annual Subscription Fee of INR 15000
The ENTIRE subscription fee received in December 2023 will be used for NISA Activities. Worldreader/DRF will not take its share from the December subscription.
However, DRF will fulfill all commitments made above about the program delivery.
Cost per student is most affordable meeting the tight budgets of the largest portion of NISA member schools.
The applicable Tax Rate is 18% as per regulations.
