Dear School Leaders and Teachers

Kindly accept our appreciation for your leadership, guidance and support across the last 39 weeks of the Digital Home Reading Program. The Reading data indicated an excellent engagement at home. This parental engagement is perfectly aligned with the newly launched NIPUN Bharat Mission (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Mission) and will add significant competitive value to enrolled schools.

Starting this Wednesday (4th June), we are starting a 75 Days Reading Marathon as part of the eN-READ program. This is aligned with the Azadi  Ka Amrit Mahotsav by Govt of India. Each day we will send one book for 75 days. Kindly ensure that the teachers forward the relevant booklinks and messages to specific parent groups.

The Reading Marathon will begin on 4th June, 2022. Across June, NISA will onboard Schools into this Campaign. This will give a large number of schools & parents an opportunity to experience the Reading Program.

As earlier, we request your continued support in encouraging parents to take time once a day to read with your children and complete pre/post reading activities attached to the books. This Reading Marathon will enable better learning environments at home and address the learning loss challenges being faced by children.
