In addition, the court ordered the Commission to fix the new fee structure by March 2022. In the event that the institutes collected higher fees than those prescribed by the State government, the High Court ordered the institutes to adjust the balance amount for next academic year. It was hailed that the Commission should take both institutes and parents into account when fixing the fee structures.
